My wife and I are MFJ. She lived/worked in FL the whole 2017 and I lived/worked in TX in 2017. How to work sales tax deductions for two states in Turbotax online?
TX sales tax rate is 8.25% and FL sales tax rate is 7%. Turbotax has an option to add multi state w/ multiple rates. Do I add both the states w/ different tax rates in worksheet or just use one state with higher/lower sales tax rate?

The IRS instructions for Schedule A state that you prorate the tax if you lived in more than one state. Of course, that assumed that you moved from one state to another, which is not your case.
In your case, I would use the IRS Sales Tax Calculator at https://www.irs.gov/credits-deductions/individuals/sales-tax-deduction-calculator to determine the sales tax in TX for one half of your joint income and rerun it for FL using the other half of your joint income, then add the two amounts together and add it as "actual sales tax" in TurboTax.
Then make sure you write this all down and keep it in your tax file at home, in case the IRS ever writes you a letter asking where this number came from.
