My W-2 box14 has PA RES PSD 670206 but no dollar amount then also has listed PA LST 2.00 ans PA UI 0.16. What do I do aout the 1st one?

It is a code for the PSD (PA School District) for local earned income tax purposes. You do not need to enter this in box 14. Just a note from your employer.
