My state returns for CA says "IRS intercepted (my full refund) \ There is no remaining refund amount available." What does this mean?

I just checked the status of my CA State returns.. this is what it said "INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE intercepted (my full refund) from your refund.

There is no remaining refund amount available.
