My spouse and the rest if the family moved from WI to CA at different date in 2018.. How to file state income tax for both states?

my spouse and I moved from WI to CA at different date in 2018.Both of us have incomes in the both states. Can we still jointly file the state tax return for both states?

Yes, you can still file joint Part-Year Resident State returns jointly.  

Each state interview asks either the date you moved (or dates you resided in) that State, and asks if Spouse's residency is the same.  If not, you can indicate correct dates for your Spouse.

You may need to do some calculations in Allocating your incomes to each state.
