I do not see the "jump to" for medical expenses, just a list of articles. I am using the online version.
If I go to medical expenses through the menu I am asked if I have over 12K in expenses and when I respond no, it kicks me back to the menu.

It did not change the amount on the AZ return, maybe I am not eligible to claim the expenses because I am a non-resident.
