My indiana tax credits are 1,102 but give refund of 603. so the system isn't doing taxes right. Indiana taxes are 499. I paid indiana taxes 85 and county 52. why not 1102

Indiana Schedule 5 line 13 is $1,102 and Indiana IT-40 line 12 is $1,102. Is that correct?

What numbers are you showing in line 8 and 9 of the Indiana IT-40?
