It sounds like for some reason the amounts in box 1 and box 12 of the W-2 are confused. One likely reason for this is if the W-2 was imported and the data damaged. If this is not the case please review the W-2 and verify box 1 and 12 have correct entries. If neither of these solves the problem, please post a new question with that information.
If it was imported, you may wish to delete the W-2 which was imported and enter it manually, so you can correct the entry. Here are directions to delete and then you may click on add another W-2 to re-enter it.
