Follow these steps:

Open to the federal section,
Deductions and credits. You may need to select See all tax breaks
Locate estimates and other taxes paid.
Select Other income taxes
Locate other taxes paid in 2024
Select withholding not already entered on a w2 or 1099
Select yes
Enter the state and the withholding amount
Done
