My employer is in NJ. I live & work in MD.I entered w2 info for both states in the Federal tax section.Only MD is shown in State Tax section. Is this correct?

In the Federal Tax section I entered Employer's state IDs for both states.  NJ's state wages/tip and income boxes are blank. Do I need to file a tax return for NJ and if so, how do I add it?

From the information you posted, you are a remote employee (work from home and do not physically work in NJ). Generally, you do not need to complete a NJ nonresident income tax return and would only complete a MD resident income tax return.
