My e-commerce brand collected $100 in sales tax to the state of MA. How can I pay this back to MA using turbotax? I can't find any option to do it.

I live in and operate an e-commerce business from a state that collects sales tax (MA). I collect these taxes on every purchase made by customers from my state.

I collected just over $100 in sales tax for 2019. My business operated at a loss in 2019 so I am not paying taxes on it (not sure if this matters).

How can I pay back this $100 in sales tax to the state of MA using turbotax? I can't find any option to do it.

You cannot pay sales tax you collected through TurboTax.

You have to contact your state taxing authority to inquire about the process of paying over sales tax collected.
