We're no longer together . But he hahas his email on my turbotax account n has locked me out.

You should contact the police and the IRS. That is a federal crime. As well as contacting TT, see below. You should change the password of your email as soon as you can or you will have even more major issues. he should not be able to cash a check written in your name, unless he requested a card.
