Has anybodys ca state tax return for 2017 been approved

Yes, my boyfriend and I filed our CA state tax return on 01/29/18 and he got his refund deposited into his account this morning. But I am still waiting for my CA State Tax return to be approved and issued to me. Mine was at a higher amount than his so I'm guessing CA is issuing refunds that are lower than $200.00.

Sent my returns on 1/22 and State of Ca approved 1/24 and deposited 6 business days later. It was over a $1k refund.

Just called this number and spoke to a really nice lady. She processed and released my return over the phone and said should receive payment 2-4 weeks. I filed on 1/30 and federal approved my taxes but my state is still processing. However, i filed my bf on 2/3 and both his federal and state were approved! Do any of you know what may be delaying my state from getting approved?

I live in California by the way. I was thinking of calling the state but it says to call after 2 weeks of efiling so I’m not sure if I should when until next week to call
