My 2015 mn crp is different than my m1pr line 9

Did you use part of your home for business (such as a Home Office) or for a Rental?  If so, the CRP is prorated, and Line 9 will be less than what your CRP shows.

Otherwise, if you are sure that your M1PR is wrong, you would need to manually fill out Form M1PRX to file an amended return.
