Moved to Georgia From Florida, Did not work in Georgia, Do I have to file a tax return and if so how with no income form the state?

During my resident in Georgia, (Less than a year)  I have been unemployed.Never worked in Ga yet, 

Do I have to file a tax return for Ga?

It depends but if you did not have any income from any sources while a part-year resident of GA, then you will not have to file a GA state income tax return.
