Moved to another state but job remained in the same state

Here's my state tax situation:

I've been working at the same company for the past 20+ year. The company is in California. I've been living in CA longer than 20 years while working there. On July 5, 2025, I left CA state and moved to TX. However, the company that I work for remains the same (in CA). Starting July 2025, I worked remotely from my TX home. Texas has no state income tax. Starting July 2025 my tax withholding had no state income tax withheld.

Does anyone know how to file my CA state tax? Can I use Turbotax Deluxe desktop Fed & State edition to file?

You will need to prepare a part-year CA return.  TX has no state income tax so there is nothing to prepare for TX

.

Thanks for the articles. It appears that link #2 and #3 contents are identical. I'll give it a try later when my W2 and 1099s are available. Will be back to ask questions if I have more to ask.
