Moved from OH to WI May '18, worked 5 months in OH, 4 weeks in WI and have tax bill with WI but refund from OH. What's the formula WI uses for a part year resident?

Each part year state will tax you only on income earned while a resident of that state.

Make sure the WI return is not taxing you on income earned in Ohio.

I am using Turbo Tax Deluxe, this is the result.  My question remains, how did Turbo Tax formulate my part year Wisconsin taxes?
