moved from Alabama to Georgia in in april 2024-1099-R being taxed in AL

We moved in April 2024 from Alabama to Georgia. the 1099-R that my husband received shows GA as the state and the full amount is applied to GA. But Alabama is taxing the full amount. I cannot figure out how to make it 0 without having to select a reason why is is not taxable in AL.
