When e-filing my Massachusetts return as a non-resident, it keeps asking for basic info - name, address, SSN. It will not e-file. Says to correct this on the Federal form, but they match exactly.

Sounds like something got stuck. You can try these things:
Most TurboTax errors happen because the browser is trying to use an old "session" from a previous visit. By clearing the cache or using Incognito mode, you force the browser to establish a brand-new, secure connection with the Intuit servers.
Thank you for your response. Unfortunately, I am not using the web version - I am using the downloaded version. Resetting the browser has non effect since I am not using a browser.
I have never seen this type of thing happen with the desktop version. Can you go back and review your entire MA return clicking through the entire series of questions and then try again. You could also delete the state and start just the MA return over. If neither of those things work, can you send up a screenshot of the messages/errors you are receiving?
Thanks for the guidance. I tried to delete the return but since I had paid for e-filing already, it wouldn't let me. I have no idea what I did, but it now works and my return was successfully filed.
