M1PR

My efile was rejected so I went back and changed to mail filing. I'm now trying to enter data for my M1PR. The property tax worksheet comes up. It says people filing on paper are not required to fill it out, but when I click on continue the program puts me back at the form. So I filled it out anyway. Step 1 asks for amount for new improvements/expired exclusions. THese fields are blank on my tax statement. I tried leaving them blank and the program didn't like it, so I entered zero and it still won't let me continue. There seems to be a bug in the program. HELP!!!
