Living In Maryland with a Rental Residential Home in North Carolina

Hi. I wanted to get clarification on what to enter Nonresident Income Allocations. I live in Maryland. I have 2 incomes: a W2 job in Maryland and a North Carolina Rental Property. I am assuming I leave the wages tips box blank because that was my Maryland income and only complete the rental royalty income box as my total North Carolina rental property income which would be $13,556 after expenses. Thank you in advance.

Yes, your North Carolina income is the net amount from your rental property.
