Lived in NY/SC. Already filed. NY taxes income earned in both states at a pro rated basis(based on % of income earned there). Can I still get credit for taxes paid in SC?

It depends.  New York will give you a credit for South Carolina tax on double-taxed income, that is, the income that both states are taxing at the same time (South Carolina because you were physically working there at the time, and New York because you were living there at the time).

Chances are you moved to live and work in South Carolina.  If this was the case, NY is not taxing the SC income (although they use all of your income to determine NY tax), so they would not give you a credit for taxes paid to SC because none of the income earned in SC is double-taxed
