I live in MA but worked in NH for half of the year. On my w2 from the place I worked in NH, the box 15 is saying MA. Shouldn't this be saying NH since that is the location of the place i worked? The headquarters of the place is in MA so is that why it is saying MA there?
I am just not sure if I should file a non-resident return in NH or put it all under MA? I technically got taxed already in MA right, so shouldn't I just file it as a resident? I made roughly 10,000 from the time I worked there(not sure if that affects whether or not I need to file in NH or not.

It depends. What matters is where YOU earned the income and not the location of the headquarters of the company. So you should note in the My Info section of TurboTax that you made money in another state. TurboTax will help determine if the income earned meets the non-resident filing requirements.
Note that your employer may have made an error and should have withheld taxes for NH instead of MA while you were working in NH. By filing a non-resident return with NH, you more than likely will owe taxes on the income earned there. But you should receive credit on your MA return for taxes paid to another state. Therefore, you would want to complete your MA return last so that the taxes paid to another state would be reflected on that return.
