Live in CA/work in PA (employer) & NJ. Re NJ nonresident form: state wages lists 3 states w/ 4 lines: CA, PA and NJ twice-total wages & NJ only wages. Which do I remove?

The NJ non resident form asks to remove state wages that are duplicates.  W-2 for NJ line 16 says $12,772 why are there two amounts for NJ and which do I choose?
PA$9,647
NJ$69,355
NJ$12,772
CA$69,355
Do I remove the PA and CA lines since this is for NJ return?

Yes, remove PA and CA.  This would leave approximately 81,000 being reported to NJ.  If this sounds like the correct amount, then you have done it correctly.

Otherwise, programming requirements for NJ adds all of these amounts together, reporting double the income to NJ than what you actually made there.
