It's not letting me add my husband's Washington State Taxes. How do I do that?

The State of Washington does not impose any state income tax liability, so no Washington state tax return needs to be filed. This is the reason that Washington does not appear in the state drop-down list.

There are 7 U.S. states which currently do not have an income tax:

• Alaska
• Florida
• Nevada
• South Dakota
• Texas
• Washington
• Wyoming
