What is "it" that doesn't show Tennessee as an option? We can't see your screen.

On most forms that have a place for state income tax withheld, Tennessee is not in the drop-down list for the state because Tennessee taxes only interest and dividends, but not any other kind of income. If there is no state income tax withheld on the form that you are trying to enter, leave all the boxes for state information blank in TurboTax. That would be the boxes for the state, payer's state ID number, state income, and state income tax withheld. You do not have to enter the state.
