Isn't the 2017 illlinois tax rate 5% effective July 1, 2017?

Yes, it is.  (Actually 4.95%)  But many state forms are not finalized in TurboTax, so you may not be seeing it in your state return yet.  Many state forms will not be finalized until late January/early February.

Yes, it is.  (Actually 4.95%)  But many state forms are not finalized in TurboTax, so you may not be seeing it in your state return yet.  Many state forms will not be finalized until late January/early February.
