You should not be claiming the Out of State Tax Credit, in your situation (part year resident). You just need to allocate your income as MO or non MO income.
Try this: at the W-2 screen, in the federal section, for your W-2 from working in WA, put WA in box 15 and the box 1 amount in box 16. This should help TurboTax allocate you WA wages as non MO income.
Your Missouri tax return begins with your federal adjusted gross income, as reported on your federal return. It then applies all allowable deductions and computes the tax on all of your income. The tax is then reduced by either the Missouri resident credit (Form MO-CR) or (as in your case) the Missouri income percentage (Form MO-NRI). The result for part-year residents is a prorated income tax based only on the income earned while a Missouri resident.

(not sure how the software asks you which way to use, but it should be at the very beginning of the MO Q&A)
Thank you all! It totally worked. I was able to get it to exclude the non-Missouri wages and make those Washington
