Is receiving retirement payments from the state of Connecticut the same as making money in Connecticut

Turbo Tax is asking me whether I make money in any other state than Florida. I receive retirement payments from the state of Connecticut. Do I answer yes or no?

If you are a resident of Florida, receiving retirement payments from Connecticut does not count as making money in Connecticut. You should answer No.
