Is my company required to withhold my state and city taxes? As of Jan 1, 2018 I work as a full-time salaried employee 100% remotely in Philadelphia for a company in DC.

If you work remotely from Philadelphia, your tax home is in Philadelphia, PA. And your employer is required to withhold PA income tax and Philadelphia wage tax. in addition to federal tax withholding.
