IN-W lists all of your income forms, along with the corresponding Indiana state tax withheld. Column D lists your state income. This could be from any of your income forms, such as a W-2 or 1099-R. It is likely that when inputting your income, you may have missed inputting information in the state income box, but entered information in the withholding box. This would populate the review error in TurboTax.
Please go back through your income forms and enter your state wages or state distribution from Box 16 if there is state tax withheld (which would be Box 17 of your W-2's or Box 14 of your 1099-R).
If that does not clear the review error, the number you should enter on IN-W would be from Box 16 of your W-2 or 1099-R.
