Im stuck at Solar and Wind Energy Credit. keeps failing my NY filing. how do i get past this. i do NOT have any credit to claim

In TurboTax Online, in the NY state section:

This should delete the credit in your return.

**Say "Thanks" by clicking the thumb icon in a post
**Mark the post that answers your question by clicking on "Mark as Best Answer"

This works. Had to eliminate the 0's I put in these columns and left it blank
