Im being asked to put in the credit owner but I don’t have one. How do I skip it ?

you mean the  name on credit card account which you don't have.  that leaves you with options like paying with your refund,  debit and prepaid cards are also accepted.   if you have none you can't use TT. it doesn't accept checks, money orders or cash.
