Will I have to pay taxes in PA as well as WV?

I am selling my house in WV and just started renting a house in PA. I am retired and get a pension and social security.  Will I pay taxes to PA for the less than the week I am here?

If you just moved recently then I would only file WV since you could not have possibly changed your residency completely yet.  Then next year only file PA.

PA does not tax social security nor is it reportable.  The pension is reportable but if it is normal distribution, (code 7 in box 7 of the 1099R, it also is not taxable.  Interest and dividends may be taxable by PA,
