State tax refund says started and there is no amount. What does that mean?

If you filed your Federal and State taxes at the same time, your State taxes will say "Started" until IRS has Accepted or Rejected your federal tax return. 

If you filed the State with the Federal it will be forwarded automatically to the state. For state refund,  click here to check state refund status

If you didn't send the State at the same time as the Federal Return then you will need to return, complete the state interview section and then the FILE tab to submit the state return.
