KY & IN have a reciprocal agreement. You do not have to pay IN tax if you are a W-2 employee. You do not have to file an IN return, unless your employer mistakenly withheld IN state income tax.

In the personal info section, when it asks if you made money in another state, answer NO, per the reciprocal state instructions, on that page. This will prevent TurboTax from thinking you need to file an IN return.

If your employer withheld IN county tax, that is allowed and you cannot get that refunded
