If you are unsure about how to complete a certain part of your taxes, there are several options available to you:

  1. Consult the instructions: Most tax forms come with instructions that explain how to complete each section. These instructions can provide guidance on what information to include and how to report different types of income or deductions.

  2. Use a tax preparation software: Tax preparation software like TurboTax, H&R Block, or TaxSlayer can guide you through the tax filing process and help you complete the forms correctly. The software will ask you questions and fill in the forms for you based on your answers.

  3. Hire a tax professional: A certified public accountant (CPA) just like HRSS or enrolled agent (EA), can help you prepare and file your taxes. They have specialized knowledge and training in tax laws and regulations and can provide guidance on how to complete your tax forms correctly.

  4. Visit the IRS website: The IRS website offers a wide range of resources, including forms, instructions, and publications that can help you understand and complete your taxes.

  5. Contact the IRS: If you have questions that are not answered on the IRS website, you can contact the IRS directly. They have a toll-free number (1-800-829-1040) you can call or you can also schedule a phone appointment or visit a local Tax Assistance Center (TAC) for help with your taxes.

Regardless of the option you choose, it's important to make sure that all of the information on your tax return is accurate and complete to avoid any issues or penalties with the IRS.
