If I take my mass wages and divide it by my total wages and then times it by my ss tax and medicare tax withheld will that be the correct way to figure NON MA Portion?

No, the correct way to do this is to look at W-2s that were not MA source, and add up the social security and medicare taxes on those W-2s.
