If I am claimed as a dedcution by my parrents what do I claim on mine. Turbo tax keeps giving me the standard deduction with no option to change?

Even when you are a dependent the Standard Deduction is the default.

You do not claim anyone on your tax return.  In the My Info section of the program, when entering your personal information there is a screen labeled Let's check for some other situations.  On that screen you need to select the box Another taxpayer can claim me as a dependent on their tax return.

Your parents are claiming you as a dependent---not as a "deduction."    When you enter your own information in MY INFO it will ask if someone else can claim you as a dependent and you need to say YES.    And...everyone gets a standard deduction, based on age and filing status, so that is correct.
