Enter all of the information that appears on your W-2 for both states.  You will actually have to file two state returns, a New Jersey resident return on all of your income, and a New York non-resident return for the income you earned in New York while still living in New Jersey.  Fill out the New York return first, as TurboTax will then calculate a credit for your New Jersey return.  (While New Jersey does tax the income you earn in New York, it will credit you for the amount of tax you pay in New York).
