Yes. Since these jobs were temporary in nature, you will file nonresident tax returns for GA and NC and a resident state tax return for WI.
You will only include your GA source income on your GA state tax return and NC source income on your NC state tax return. You will then include income from all source both inside and outside the state on your WI state income tax return.
You will get a state income tax credit in WI for the taxes that you paid on your GA and NC state tax returns.
Just
follow the TurboTax guide when working on your states (remembering to do your
non-resident state return first) and TurboTax will do all the calculations and
credits to your resident states return.
