I worked at the same company all year in 2 different states, I only made 1471.50 in the state of OR this year, how could I owe the state 1025.00? How can I fix this?

You need to properly allocate your Oregon income in the Oregon State return section of the program.  Return to your Oregon state return, and on the page that says "Oregon Source Income and Adjustments", properly allocate your Oregon income so that only the income you earned in Oregon is that box.  See the attached screen shot.
