I work remotely out of NJ. Y company is in NC. I do not pay NC tax only NJ. Box 15 has NJ/WH. Do I need to file a Nonresident for NC?

No, you do not need to file a NonResident North Carolina return if there was no tax withheld for NC.

No, NC does not demand that out-of-state telecommuters pay NC income taxes.

You would only pay taxes to NC if you went down there, and $$ earned while physically present in NC would be taxable by NC.
