I work in Ohio, Live in Kentucky, but noticed they taxed me for Georgia ( I lived there in 2017). How do I claim that?

You need to file a Georgia Non Resident Tax Return to receive a refund for the taxes paid to Georgia.
Since you are no longer a resident, and have no GA sourced income, you will receive a full refund for the taxes withheld.
