I work in Ohio but live in WV. Taxes are taken out for state of WV only but having trouble doing WV tax form

Don't mention Ohio on the WV form.  Since OH and WV are reciprocal states, from a tax perspective you are not considered to work in Ohio.  If you are having a difficulty for the credit for working in another state, that section doesn't apply to you because of the reciprocal agreement.

In the personal info section, when it asks if you made money in another state, answer NO, per the reciprocal state instructions, on that page. This will prevent TurboTax from thinking you need to file an OH return.
