The only reason you would have to file a PA tax return is if PA withheld taxes.

The link you attached had PA as one of the places that must pay, but is that for state tax returns?
I do not see that in my w2 is there a particular place it would be located? Or that I should look for?

There is one circumstance in which you would be required to pay PA income tax. PA is one of a handful of states with a "convenience of the employer" rule. That means that if your PA employer has workspace for you in PA, but you choose to work remotely from another state for your own convenience, then your remote income is taxable by PA.
