I work in California but I live in Oregon. Oregon takes state taxes out of my paycheck. Cali does not because I am not a resident. How do I do this on my taxes?

You will need to file a non-resident state return for California and a resident state return for Oregon. TurboTax recommends that you file the non-resident return first.
