It depends.

You can claim the third stimulus of $1,400 if you're a resident for tax purposes in 2021.

Please read this IRS document which will help you determine whether you are a resident for tax year 2021.

If you were only in the U.S. from June to September 2021, you do not satisfy the Substantial Presence Test and are not a resident. You cannot claim the 2021 Recovery rebate credit.
