I was charged for Florida state tax when not needed Florida does not collect state tax and I do not how can I get a credit? [Remove PII]

The program gave you the option to skip the Florida tangible property tax return (DR-405) if you did not have any rental property or business with assets.  Apparently you chose to file the Florida property tax return instead.

I am a valued customer for 6 years the option was selected and when I reread that it was for business owners etc and realized it did not apply to me I then went back and deleted it please issue a refund your reply was not done in a professional way apparently you do not want to keep your customers happy.

To contact TurboTax customer service/support use their contact website during business hours.  If the problem concerns any type of refund for fees, use the key words billing issues and do Not use the word Refund or you will get a phone number for tax refunds.
