I was a part-year resident in Missouri and Oklahoma. Missouri lets me designate how much money was earned while I was a Missouri resident.Oklahoma doesn't let me do this.
Oklahoma is only allowing me to allocate the amount of interest income, dividends, and capital gains earned while in Oklahoma. I cannot find where to adjust the actual income.

You'll have to do so on the W-2 screen. There are a few states that do not include W-2 income on the Allocation screens. You will need to adjust the amount reported to Oklahoma in Box 16, and do the same for MO. Since this will create an e-file mismatch, you will want to e-file both returns as well as your substantiation for the adjustments.
