I used to live in Las Vegas but I got traveling radiologist job in Chicago and moved there. The agenty who hired me is from Delware. how do I do my taxes?

You do not say when you moved from NV to IL. If you moved during 2025, you will need to file a part year return for IL. NV has no state income tax so there is nothing to file for NV. And, DE is irrelevant, you do not file a DE return.
